WTD Gloves Web Store Return Instructions

In a nut shell… You’ve got 30 days to get it back to us if you’re not happy. If you bought your product directly from, and you are not satisfied with your purchase within the conditions described in our Money Back Guarantee, you can return it following the below procedure. Your credit card will be credited upon receipt of the returned merchandise or we can arrange an exchange for size issues or style upgrades. 

  1. Send an email to regarding your reason for returning the gloves so we are aware of your order number and concern/issue. In your email clearly mention if you would like an exchange or full refund. Refunds and Exchanges are only issued if you meet the Return Policy deadline of 30 days from date of confirmation email. 
  2. Package product(s) and arrange shipping with a courier or mail company of your choice along with a copy of the Packing List received.  
  3. Take your shipment to a local facility and keep a copy of your tracking number so you can trace your shipment being returned to ensure proper delivery (items must be received by WTD Gloves within 30 days after confirmation date.)


Each individual retailer will have their own returns policy.  Please contact the retailer you purchased from to determine their return policy and process. If Gloves that are purchased from a Retailer are received to our web store Returns center, we will not be able to refund your purchase.
